Supreeth Karnam Surendrababu built the Mankutimmana Kagga app ("the App", "the Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The Service

Mankutimmana Kagga is a free app that presents D V Gundappa's Kannada literary work "Mankutimmana Kagga" for reading, browsing, and personal reflection. The App is provided "as is" and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

Intellectual Property

By using this App, you agree to respect the copyright of the original literary work and its translations. The verses and associated commentary are presented for educational and cultural appreciation purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit the content without appropriate permission from the rights holders.

Gift Stars & In-App Purchases

No features are ever locked. Every verse, translation, and feature in the App is completely free and remains free whether or not you make a purchase.

The App offers an optional "Gift Stars" feature that lets you send a voluntary, one-time gift to support the developer's work on the App. This is a token of appreciation, not a purchase of any additional content, feature, or service.

What you get: Gift Stars unlock nothing in the App. They are a way to say thank you to the developer.
Tiers: Gift Stars are offered in three tiers (currently 1 Star, 5 Stars, and 10 Stars). Exact pricing is shown in the App and in the App Store product listing before you confirm any purchase, and may vary by region and currency.
One-time, non-renewing: Gift Stars are consumable purchases. They are charged once, do not renew, and do not create a subscription of any kind.
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, and is processed by Apple's App Store. We use RevenueCat to validate purchase receipts and record which Gift Star tier you purchased; RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or payment details.
Refunds: Because Gift Stars are consumed immediately and grant no ongoing entitlement, purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by Apple's App Store policies or applicable law. To request a refund, please contact Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Price changes: Prices are set through App Store Connect and may be adjusted by Apple or the developer over time; any change applies to future purchases only.

Apple's Standard End User License Agreement

Unless a custom license is presented in the App, use of the App is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
